Does anyone know of any way I can get rid of the head fog symptoms affiliated with Lyme? I'm currently taking 200mg of doxy twice a day. My doctor will be putting me on IV chelation to detox of heavy metals, once a week beginning in January. I would imagine this will help with the head fog/concentration problems. But can anyone suggest dietary and supplement recommendations to greatly reduce these symptoms? I will be starting school this spring and will need all the brain power I can get. I am grateful for any feedback. Thank you!!!!

I was foggy when I coulnt sleep. It goes in cycles, I'm sleeping better this month.

But, Bacopa was brought to my attention on another thread. Looks like its good for all around mental clairity. That said, its a band aid till lyme is gone.

My son is on Pinella Brain Nerve Cleanse, Alka Seltzer Gold and lemon, and Tri Fortify Orange - all to help clarify and detox. I still think so much of this is time and healing and so slow though, it's horrible.
