Tiger Balm

If you haven't tried rubbing tiger balm on your achy joints you should. I've used it in the past and thought it was ok but now I'm getting a lot of relief from it. My wrists and ankles get really achy just before I go to bed making it almost impossible to get to sleep so I started applying the extra strength tiger balm and its really made a big difference. It probably won't work for everyone but just thought I'd share.

I was literally thinking about this the last few days. I use to use it all the time til I ran out. I used it a lot on my neck and shoulders because that's where most of my pain is. Though I think I had the regular one. I'll look for the extra strength one, Thanks. And it does totally clear the sinuses too.
