Any red wine makes me incredibly congested and exhausted the next day.
But before I could see an LLMD I figured out that anything sparkling with a low-sih alcohol content made me feel better: champagne, prosecco, cava. I barely got a buzz from it but it would take away all the nausea and fuzzy brain. Go figure!
Now that I'm on meds I'm trying to not take in too much bubbly (or sugar) so I tried vodka but it has a killer effect the next day. Anything that is not bubbly makes me incredibly drunk suddenly. (Also no drinking problems here, just a change in how my body reacts to it lately.)
