Camels Milk?? Yay or Neh?

Thinking of trying camels milk for my son. Anyone hAve any success with it? Any idea how much we should give him to start with? What are the potential drawbacks?

I have no idea either, but goat milk is a good choice for humans.

I did see a program about camel's milk a while back. It is supposed to be very good for people with compromised immune systems; cancer, HIV AIDS patients etc. It is hard to obtain because it is against the law to transport unpasteurized milk across state lines. However, pasteurization completely destroys its curative properties.
