Best/easiest way to get info. to your doc. or psychologist about Lyme? Print outs?

I just started seeing a psychologist, who seems friendly, and certainly didn't discount the idea of Chronic Lyme, but doesn't know anything about it, and had never heard of Babesia and cos.

What would be the best way to inform him, without inundating him with too much information? Do any of the organizations like ILADs have good printouts?
