ugh.. now I'm coughing up tiny bits of blood :(

I cannot catch a break. On top of lyme and company I keep catching other stuff. Flu, sore throat, now my lungs.... AHHH!!!!!

I just feel like whining. I feel so so so so so puny. I don't think the blood is a big deal. It's a tiny bit and it must've just collected when I was attempting to sleep all night.

I have a line of pain running through my face on one side going deep into my nostril. Ear aches, head ache, fever, coughing up green/brown/yellow stuff.... UGH!!

I kind of want to just take some nyquil and knock myself out. This is the pits!!!!!!! Since I've had lyme and company what should be a tiny little illness hits me so dang hard.

Is it bloody mucus? In that case, it could be bloody mucus from your nose, which drips down via post nasal drip and is now in your chest.

Honestly, it sounds like sinusitis to me. Colored mucus that you are coughing up is often a sign of infection.

How am I getting infections while on so many abx?!?!?!?!

It probably is from my sinus. Or my tonsils. They have brown spots all over them.

Have you told your doctor about the sinus symptoms? What did they say?

I went and got checked out. Popped a blood vessel somewhere. The doc said it's likely due to already being so inflamed from the infections that a little virus just threw me over the edge. He gave me some cough syrup so I wouldn't bother the vessel anymore coughing.

I had MARCONS in my sinus when I was first diagnosed with lyme. So that's a lyme thing. I don't know what the heck is going on with me. I just keep getting sicker and sicker and sicker...

I do love my strong cough syrup though. That alone was worth the 60 mile trip. Its helping alot. But ya I'm ok. Just a broken blood vessel.
