Is knife-life stabbing muscle pain lyme or bartonella?

My most recent flare up with adding meds is tight, sharp, knife like pain in my muscles. My normal symptoms thru this whole journey has been extremely tight muscles and restrictions but the pain is usually more dulling ache and my legs hurt too with pons and needles and burning. I alwaus thoight this was the lyme bit wondered if its been the baronella doing this. I just mow attempted to treat bart. It is suspected but labs were neg.

I get a very sharp stabbing pain in my thigh. It changes from left to right and I could cry it hurts so bad. It only lasts a few hours and comes every 3 mos or so.

It could be Lyme or Babesia for me, just glad it is not often.
