We all, I am sure consume many sups in gelcap form....
According to my Nd the gel from the Gelcaps feeds the biofilms.
I am trying to cut out all Gelcaps, it's hard.....
Anyone else heard of this?

Umm, so a gelcap is made from gelatin, which comes from animal bones and marrow.

It might feed biofilms, in as much as, everything we eat feeds biofilms. In fact, we feed biofilms simply by existing.

One of the very good things for us to eat is bone broth. I'm not sure how a gelcap is different from this.

Trying to starve out biofilms would be an exercise in starving ourselves. I don't think this is a viable tactic.

I agree with Achievinggrace. There is no way we could 'starve out' these bacteria, as they will just take what they need from our bodies. So we have to be sure that we take enough to 'feed' not only the bacteria, but enough for our bodies and what they need to overcome this anyway.

Most of the Lyme literate docs are beginning to see that they only way for us to overcome chronic Lyme is to help the body do it by nourishing it and helping it with all the things we can.

I just started using bone broths not long ago - and WOW! They are awesome!! I would recommend them to everyone that wishes to heal or to recover from any illness!
