I don't have a tub either, and I used only foot baths for the soaks, but I also used oil pulling, dry skin brushing, lymph massages, activated charcoal, Alpha Lipoic Acid (a precursor to glutithione), and drinking at least 64 ounces of lemon water a day for detoxing.
The thing is, no one knows what infection they need to treat first is until they start. Your Lyme infection could prevent you from healing from other infections, but so could the Bartonella or Babesia. It seems that everyone differs on this, although the majority of people need to treat Lyme first I believe. I had to start treating Lyme and then by month 3, I had to add in Bartonella treatments because I just couldn't take how severe my Bart symptoms were getting. The worst was that I couldn't stand on my legs due to severe pain for more than 10 minutes.
If you wish to start with the co-infections, then by all means you can do so, just be prepared to need to switch your plans around a bit. We all face that possibility though, no matter where we start.
Have you had a Western Blot done? A LLMD will want one. Igenex has a program for those that are financially in need:
