Thanks Chapelle! I always say the more we can learn the better we are equipped to help others.

How are you feeling by the way? I forgot to tell you that I keep a bottle of Dr. J's Virogen (it's for colds, etc.) but I have not had a cold or become sick so I never used it yet (knock on wood). Other people I know swear by it when they feel they are coming down with a cold or feel fluish...
