Be sure your thyroid is checked when you have a consistently low body temp!! That's what cinched it for my thyroid doc to start me on meds. I took my temp before ever getting out of bed in the morning (not even to pee!!!

) and it was 97.3 every day. She told me later that it only takes your temp being that low for three out of five days for it to be considered an issue.
Remember, most doc's don't know much if anything about
thyroid issues!! So read up on it! I like the STTM site - Stop The Thyroid Madness (
www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/) and Dr. Lam's site: (
www.drlam.com/articles/hypothyroidism.asp).
And, because I believe that a fair amount of us also deal with adrenal fatigue, I like this chart to help give a person a basic idea of what symptoms are caused by adrenals and what symptoms are caused by thyroid - of course we have to still remember that we have these infections too and there is an overlap of symptoms with these conditions and these infections.
