Can the em rash scar?

I still have a circle of messed up pigmentation/ scarring from rash 1.5 years ago. Anyone else have lasting skin alterations?

First two times I was bitten was on my arms and there is no sign, but the bite I got three years ago on my scalp is still visible and swells up a bit when I have a flare of symptoms.

I think it varies on body part and on the strain of the disease you are infected with -- just a theory, though.

Yes, an oval scar about 1 x 2 inches from 25 years ago on my side. It less smooth with spotted pigmentation. 10 years ago it was more obvious than today.
