Dizziness, heart palpitations, 6 hour sleep

3-4 weeks after a course of Azithromicyn, Mino and Tini, I started getting mild dizziness from time to time and some heart palpitations a few times. I also get 6 hours of sleep at most.
what works best for these?
no LLMD where I live (Bulgaria)

When my Lyme is active, I get heart palpitations right away, and they don't go away until I have a few weeks antibiotics, it has always been Doxycycline for me that helped. Also that neuro buzzing with some mental changes. Ongoing, I can take Magnesium several times a week and it seems to quieten down my heart. Just don't take with your other supplements, makes them not absorb as well.
There have been months between episodes of this when I feel mostly Lyme free, but due to not aggressive enough treatment for the first few years It comes back. Working on herbals now along with longer runs of the antibiotics.

You said 3 or 4 weeks after a course of those three abx - Are you still in treatment? If you are no longer in treatment, you need to get back into treatment, as those are Lyme symptoms.

If you can't get more abx, then it's time to find a natural treatment where you can get all that you need.

I stopped the abx, took them for 5-6 weeks. I did not have any side effects.
I can start another 6 weeks of Azitromicyn + Tinidazole as I can get these, and if I can get hold of Mino, I will add this too. Doxy I can get to but I do not have joint pains so I will not use it.
Or I can continue with Eleuthero and Cats Claw (I can get these in capsule form here, NOW).
I would prefer not to go to abx again because of the possible complications but will eventually.
Today the dizziness increased a lot, it takes longer and is like I am going to faint. Scary.

You need to stay in treatment until your symptoms are gone plus 2 months longer. That is what the top LLMD's are saying.

If you can't get enough abx, then I suggest you switch to an herbal protocol - whatever one you can get all the herbs for in your country and do the same - stay in treatment until all symptoms resolve plus 2 months.

so I better start stacking up on abx
Mino is supposed to be better than Doxy but it is not sold in my country, and doxy is much cheaper
so I started witn Azithromycin (4x500/week) and Doxy (2x200/day) and already feel some slight improvement, have to take them 3 months at least then
