Is anyone using or have used CBD oil? If so, did you have any results (positive or negative) and how many times per day do you take it?

Hi, I am taking this 2X per day. It is part of my large protocol. I believe it is helping. I have been taking it for about a month.

I'm interested in hearing about your protocol. I just started to take the CBD oil and I haven't been able to find much info on how much to take, when to take it, etc..
Any info would be great!
