Does anyone else get affected by the full moon? I didn't sleep a wink last night and a few hours only the nights before. I'm also suffering from a sore throat which is I think allergy related causer he dr didn't think it was a cold. It just seems to not want to leave. So I'm beyond exhausted and feel foggy with a headache and also feel like my heart is pounding. Anyone else??

How do you get a good night sleep during full moons? What happens to the bacterias during a full moon cycle? Any recommendations on what to do? Heart beating fast and just can't fall asleep. Anyone else having sore throat issues?? I don't have a cold, may be allergies but all I have is a sore throat and some post nasal drip. Help!! I want to crawl out of my skin from it all.

Hi Triplet,

Sometimes a long hot soak in the tub can help with sleep. Sometimes exercising during the day helps too.
