I think it's basically all about
making choices. Sadly most foods that are out there I avoid because they are not healthy such as white flour, sugars, gluten, bad carbs (there are good carbs). Do you have a local farmer's market near you where you can buy organic veggies?
I like blending veggies and adding 1 fruit to sweeten it. That's my green smoothie which is very healthy. I add coconut water but one can add any healthy liquid.. Some add high quality yogurt, etc.
Personally I do love Green Vibrance and what it does for me. That's the only supplement I take by mouth. I absorb magnesium through my skin in my detox baths. I probably should be taking calcium as I am older and I'm not sure if I am getting enough from my food choices.
Some people juice and that's also healthy.
