Non-pitting edema in ankles/nodules in legs

Does anyone have non-pitting edema in their ankles? I also have nodules in my legs. When I first got symptoms the nodules were sore and also in my arms. My left leg has nodules behind the knee and it makes it sore to get up and down. Is this a Bartonella symptom? What treatment helped?

So can you see them or just feel them under the skin?

I had a nodule thingy appear on the top of my right foot and it was a bit sore - I didn't know if I should have it xrayed - or if I should be worried about a tumour.

about 3-4 months into treatment it started to shrink. and by about 8 months it was completely gone.

I was thinking it was from bartonella.

I can't see them, only feel them when I press on my leg. I used a foam roller when I first got them and it was painful.
