Internal buzzing or vibrations

Does anyone else get this? I feel like my body is buzzing.. Especially in my chest area.. It's annoying and bothering me. & on top of all of this.. My neck started hurting tonight. I'm not a happy camper right now.

I've gotten these in and off since the beginning (more in my core area). I literally used to think my cell phone was vibrating in my pocket and then realized I didn't even have my phone with me!

Dr. H said that's Bartonella...

I used to get it almost daily. It's not as often lately.

Yes, I would have it pretty bad from time to time.

And... bonus... a full moon is on it's way (Monday) so that may be part of the reason why you are having symptoms that you've not had before!
