Looking for LLMD in or around south Jersey

I created a post prior to this and was recommended to create a new post with this title.

I believe i still have lyme disease from 2012 and would like to be tested again and for coinfections. I am too stupid to figure out how to order a test online, i only have a cellphone so its a bit difficult plus my brain doesnt function like it used to.

My email is open, any help is greatly appreciated. I dont have much money, im only 21, so if there is a cheaper way to do things that would help me.

You can call them and see if you can order a kit over the phone.

Or, you can try and find a Dr who already has one - but if it's not a LLMD, chances are they won't have one.
