Try finding a quiet spot that's dark and just laying very still to let your body kind of recharge for just 20 - 30 minutes.
I used to have to do this to get through during those times when I was dealing with bad insomnia.
And I just wanted to check and be sure that this wasn't one of the first times you used the epsom salt soaks, as those can cause or increase a herx if you aren't used to them.
There are some things you can do to help be sure you have the best possible chance of getting some decent sleep. Do you know about "sleep hygiene"? We have to modify the most common recommendations - such as napping is allowed and encouraged - and sometimes a very quiet sleeping room isn't what works best for us. I have a radio playing quiet, soft music - others use white noise, ocean waves or other soothing sounds to sleep to.
But the room I sleep in has to be quite dark and I can't be too cold or too warm or I just won't sleep. Although I have healed from Lyme, my sleep issues continue due to adrenal issues.
