I think it is probably a nonspecific reaction to infection in the body, not specific to co-infection. When my fatigue was at its worst I always had this, but just like everything else it eventually went away.

Is it from fatigue, or are you having trouble moving your limbs?

Just wondering, because there have been times when I've had to tell my legs to walk, if that makes sense.

Otherwise, you might indeed be very fatigued.
