I wonder if cut back to once a week instead everyday or multiple times a week?
I would still think this is beneficial for our immune systems.

The first comment after the article is spot on. After having multiple kidney stones for years and then "curing" myself, I consider myself an expert on kidney stones. Oxalates are acidic and alkalizing the urine is paramount if you wish to decrease stone formation and staying hydrated prevents stone release. I think eating green is the best thing we can do for overall health. I appreciate this type of article, but the author can not reference opinionated articles or papers. Scientific research is built on the scientific method and opinions are either proven or dis-proven. These articles have value, but they are not scientific.

We use wheatgrass in our smoothies, which contains little oxalate but is high in chlorophyll. Also, if you eat oxalic acid with some type of calcium, apparently the oxalate becomes bound and unavailable.

Gotta keep it balanced, eat a variety of colors....
