I can't believe i was afraid to try it... well i know my reasons (being sensitive).
I thought that it would knock me down...so i did it at night.
It also took a bit of time to get started because, i wanted to install
the shower filter first, which required using precious physical strength.
So glad that i did this! Feel really good (even tho working on constipation issue, and the piercing knee pain is there)
Right now i feel like i am on the right track. And my roommate keeps saying that i look great! Which is nice, because he has been thru a bit of hell with me.
1. My body temperature has finally reached 98.6 <(which is what it ALWAYS WAS before getting sick). Took a couple months to get it here.
2. Still working on the Ammonia issue... noticing tiny incremental improvements... a little less brain fog with each day... better mood... not vomiting or nauseous... not so dizzy- just a little bit.
*So glad for the suggestion from Trav to not try to work on everything all at once. It was tuff to back off from my nature to kick major butt... so glad i found humility.
*And how MrMike said that "this is not a sprint...it is a marathon"
that statement reminds me that "slow and steady wins the race".
3. Gonna start working on parasite removal... looking at doing a fast with a lemon ginger blast smoothie... and then learning to develope a schedule for coffee enema<not looking forward to that at all
But i know it will be worth it down the road.
So glad to have support here on the forum... a true blessing.
