You are so NOT alone. I went through this in 2013 and everything is good. My pots and lyme went away. It is very scary but I would try to avoid anxiety medication as that can have serious withdrawal effects. At least not using them like skittles. With lyme, it is just one of those unfortunate symptoms that many of us have. What I took that helped was extra magnesium, hawthorne tincture - 90 drops 3 times a day, then I dropped that to 60 drops twice a day, then 30 drops twice a day. , but I'm not a doctor so I would do some reading or consult with a dr before taking the hawthorne. It is really popular with the herbalist, Buhner. That was what I did. Hope others on here have suggestions for you too, hang in there.
