I actually juggle 4 pillminders.
One has individual, removable boxes with AM and PM compartments for each day. I keep the supplements I take with breakfast and dinner in there.
Another is the smaller, more typical pillminder with one box for each day. I keep the supplements I take first thing upon waking in there.
Yet another of that same type of pillminder holds the supplements I take at 11AM (this includes magnesium that should be taken at least 2 hrs. away from thyroid meds which I take at 3 different times of the day)
The final pillminder of that same type holds the stuff I take right before bed.
It sounds like Vegas in my house because I have alarms set on my phone for the 8AM and 11AM dosing of "time-critical" stuff. Even more alarms went off when I was taking abx that had their own schedule and some had to be spaced away from certain supplements and/or meals.
Remembering the refrigerated probiotics was a challenge so I got to putting a little piece of paper in the compartments that contained stuff I'd be taking around the same time as the probiotics. That was a clue to tell me I had to take something else lol
Believe it or not, all of the above does not include my herbal dosings - 4 times/day. That stuff is taken 30 min b4 a meal and just before bed so I really don't have trouble remembering those.
I keep all my supplement bottles in a basket and my Rx's in another one. Once I've finished filling pillminders with a particular supplement (yes, many look alike), I put the bottle on my desk (vs back in the basket) until all supplements have been accounted for.
Getting this stuff set up each week takes about 1/2 hour.....and I can't believe my life has come to this lol
However, these methods have helped preserve my sanity and I've improved dramatically. I consider it a small price to pay
