lyme dry eyes?

So i've heard of a lot of lymies talk about Sjorgens syndrome (sp) and I've noticed this summer my eyes are dry, stickey, red and itchy... sometimes my mouth is dry... sometimes I have dry skin... this isnt all the time but I've heard these are a sign of sjorgens... I had an ana titer and rheumatoid factor test Oct. 2014, all were good... can lyme alone cause this dryness or does it make allergies flare possibly?

Lyme and/or Bart can absolutely cause dry eyes. I was on Restasis and dependent on artificial tears until I started treatment. Things are pretty normal now, after about a year and a half of treatment.

When my symptoms first started, I would wake up in the morning and my tongue was stuck to the back of my front teeth...my mouth was so dry.

I was concerned about sjogrens, too. but, I can tell you that I no longer have the dry mouth...except when I'm herxing badly.

Dry eyes, dry mouth, dry skin here too and it's much better now that I've healed.
