Had a follow up with my LLMD today. Babesia treatment is going well but I have a persistent sore throat that won't go away. Doctor recommended I go see an LLMD ENT (who thought one of these existed :o). Before I do that wanted to try something to see if we're dealing with Bartonella so he recommended ABART. I'm currently on ABAB as well and along with my Omnicef/Tindamax is definitely helping.

Looking for any advice, situations for others who've taken ABART. Note I'm only taking ABART for Bartonella not sure if that's enough to get something to happen. Thanks.

funny i started ABAB on 15 drops 2x a day and i was fine. doctor says do the same thing but i'm a bit hesitant. i'll go with your advice maybe i'll start with 5 drops 2x a day and work up/down from there. note my only potential bart symptom is the throat.

If you have bartonella the herxing from A-Bart can be extreme. I would start with 1 drop 2x daily and wait a couple of days before you increase dosage. If you start herxing, go back to the previous dosage that didn't produce a herx and stay there a week or so before trying to increase again.
