Does anyone use a Magnesium product called 'Calm'?
If you HAVE used it did it cause soft-to-loose stools? Im trying to figure out what's causing my bowel issues...it's not food as I've recently eliminate everything on my IGg allergy test.

Yep, magnesium is a definite stool loosener. If you can cut your dose in half for a bit s build up to a full dose you'll have an easier time.

Yes, I've taken magnesium calm years ago.....yes, it can do that.
Some people take it for that reason, not gross... I mean, you gotta go poo!

Both Vit C and magnesium are to be taken until you get loose. Then you back off until the loose goes away and that is what your body will deal with.
