Maybe lyme too

So we are on day three of treating my son with clarithromycin. We will add ceftin in two weeks and the flagyl after that according the llnp plan.

At his appt the llnp mentioned she thinks I could have lyme too after she she read about my preg with my son. I wasn't tested and my sons igenex hasn't come back yet. I think I'm not so worried about me right now becaus I'm so worried about my son.

But I do wonder if she is right. My symptoms are 18 years ago while pregnant with son I developed over night intense vertigo, don't usually spin anymore but my brain always thinks I'm moving ,gliding. Etc when I not. It's a constant feeling of movement that never leaves me. Have had it for 18 years straight.

Loud tinnitus a few days before the vertigo hit, never has gone away neither in 18 years. Louder these days and I think it's maybe the stres I feel for my son.

Tight neck most of adult life, thought it was from a car accident but now I don't think so, often headaches from base of head up back of head., tight creaky neck right in base of skull, where the c1 would be I guess. Tight back and painful trigger points In The area between shoulder and base of neck.

Often sore throat, use echnecia to help this.

Fatty liver disease, hemangiomas throughout body, and heart palpitations Dr called bigemny that comes and goes. My heArt has been skipping and fluttering more lately i think due to the stress And concern feel for my son.

Had in the past intense vibrations in the head, like a huge buzzing like I'm about to take off, haven't had that iin a long while tho.

Was thinking when I go back with my son to his appt in nov I'll get her to draw my blood for igenex.

In the meantime should I try herbals or just wait. She seemed to make it sound that for my sons blood test it was good he hadn't been treated yet. Maybe I should wait.

Also I worry about my liver handling this. It's fatty and inflamed, I have no gallbladder and don't drink alcohol at all. But it constantly hurts. And I worry about asking too much of it, it feels fragile. I know detoxing is big.

Based on symptoms, Sould one think lyme lyme or any other thoughts to confections based on these symptoms.

My sons symptoms are so different than mine, atypical bullseye, joint pain and swelling knees, fingers, toes, shoulder , tight back, and on and off tinnitus.

The LLNP might be onto something and, if she's right, I think you recognize that you might have been dealing with untreated Lyme or a combination of infections....for a long while.

That said, I think you might want to start detoxing - everyone benefits from detoxing, Lyme or not.

And, you might want to consider taking a milk thistle supplement twice/day....this will support your liver.

An IGeneX test sounds quite appropriate as does a LLMD (or LLNP) evaluating your symptoms.

People with older infections often find that their LLMD's start with a month of detox. You see, the presence of symptoms means there are toxins in the system so clearing as many of them as possible before starting treatment.....that will create new toxins....just makes sense.
