does anyone take 5-mthf-for the gene mutation?

I had to cease all detox supplements due to my bodies inability to detox, due to that darned gene mutation...

And it's the 'SOLE' reason why I've gotten worse with treatment.

Has anyone else who's gotten worse with treatment been tested positive for the mthf?
