It's always sad when someone gets the diagnosis, but don't forget she's a toddler and treatment now will mean she has a better life to look forward to.

SMC, we use Beyond Balance products for my son. They are only available through practitioners. I've never calculated the price per month, but I would imagine it's similar in cost to Cowden and Bryon White.
Vicky, I'm sorry that your daughter has it, as well. It sounds like you have a good LLND. The best thing you can do for your daughter now is to help her detox and to watch for any die-off symptoms, which could be pain or could be changes in personality. If she's not showing any noticeable symptoms before treatment, she should certainly be strong enough to handle the treatment. With you and your LLND on her side, she will do well.

This is a link to a post I made about
a new book about
treating kids. I'm not familiar with the authors and hopefully some of the veterans will chime in if the authors are familiar.

The author of that book is a Lyme literate psychotherapist who is a member of ILADS.

It was pretty easy to look up, but you're welcome. An ILADS trained psychotherapist should have some pretty good thoughts on it.
