Well, I was hoping for a "strongly positive" result from my Igenex complete lyme panel BUT, that's not what I got....

Note: I haven't been doing much for treatment prior to the blood draw since I'm currently broke and can't afford a LLMD. Just doing basic things like: thieves essential oil, teasel root tincture, colloidal silver, raw garlic. Last week I start the Vital Plan, Restore Program supplements (google search it if you're not familiar) but, that was "after" the blood draw was done. So, apparently, nothing I've done was strong enough to kill some of the little buggers and get them into my bloodstream where they could be detected through testing.

The results seem to show a little bit of something but, *sigh* I was really hoping for a very strong positive... if for no other reason than to shove the test results in the faces of previous crappy doctors.

Yeah, I'm in a similar position, both in terms of the test results as well as financial woes. It's been awhile, but I'm pretty sure I had about the same results, except I had two IND's to go along with the one positive marker. It was either 41, or 23 - 25. I can't remember the other. Oh well.

The money - either can't afford what's need, or don't know what's needed to even try to be able to get it. There's a lot that goes into this stuff. It's more than just trying to kill the stuff off. A site was linked somewhere or other, I forget the thread, about a week ago, but it's filled with tons of useful information. Too much, almost. A lot to swallow all at once, but, like I said, tons of useful information. She calls the process "removing the layers." It's what I'm trying at the moment. Might be of help to you.

Anyway, all that said, money's tight, but you gotta try to switch something up, if at all possible. Do you herx much off that combination of products? Herxing's not always necessary to be healing, I've heard, but it's a good indicator stuff's working.

Life sucks, yup. But, wutcha gonna do, man?

Sorry about the disappointing Igenex results. Some doctors just don't seem to accept Igenex results unless both the IgM and IgG are glaringly positive.

Are you able to buy Buhner's books? His new Lyme book is coming out in November and I am aware of a (legitimate) way to get an advance copy for a reduced price. You'd need to email me for details because forum rules prevent me from sharing them.

And, I hope you have a family member or close friend that can help support you in your quest for health.

Buhner's herbs can be purchased in bulk at very reasonable prices and you can make your own herbal preparations by following the instructions in his books.

No matter what, I wish you the utmost success moving forward!

sknight, were you taking anything when you got the Igenex test run? Sometimes if you provoke the antibodies with an herb, you can get a positive result. But I guess it's too late for that now. Let us know if you need help starting an herbal protocol.
