Looking For Lyme Doctors in Michigan

Hello,
I am looking for a good lymes doctor in Michigan. Husband had positive western blot test last year and the local MD we see gave him 30 day of doxy. His symptoms are getting progressively worse. Please help.

(I posted earlier looking for docs in wisconsin and I want to thank Ms. Hippo for the list she sent. Looking in Michigan now due to travel time and family location.)
