I've known that certain foods make me bloated or cause inflammation. Those are reactions that's very different from being allergic.
I still think that using the test results as a guideline is helpful. I've not had a single upset stomach since I switched my diet. I've watched both my kids and my parents suffer from what they have eaten and they don't eat junk.
Take the test results and then try a food that showed and intolerance and see how you and your daughter do. If you feel worse, you have your answer. If your fine, move that food to your ok list. Keep doing that until you have a valid list for you.
That's my plan. Now that I'm feeling human again I can't be so restricted. My LLND was surprised I followed it.
