Wanted help to understand the head pressure, burning scalp and face and muscle tightness are caused by borrelia or babesia... Tested positive for both and confused as to which one causes the above symptoms given the fact that there are so many symptoms that overlap between lyme and co infections.

Those being Neuro symptoms, it could be from any one of the "big 3" in Lyme disease patients - Lyme Bartonella and Babesia. Just using those symptoms alone, it's hard to know which infection is causing them, although detoxing effectively should help ease the symptom severity, as well as treatments of course.

While your symptom list is a bit generic, I'll take a stab that the head pressure if probably your babesia as that's how most people describe it. Does the pressure come with feeling like you're a bit light headed or slightly spaced out? If so it's the babs.
