Kaiser-Oregon.. Misdiagnosed on purpose??

I have come across many articles stating Oregon is one of the worst states to get treated for Lyme. Mainly because of the politics going on in local hospitals. This one says that Kaiser may send samples to Lana that they know are not effective on purpose to avoid diagnosis. This is really scary. Has anyone heard of this? It was Kaiser who said my lab results were a false positive
