Oh my word, Cat!! You were the one that found the positive Lyme test in his past medical records, if I remember correctly!!! It was YOU that did your best to get Toby the treatments he needed!! This was a major failing of the medical community that we are told is there to help us! They led the two of you down the wrong path - and they ignored critical information!!

You have absolutely NOTHING to feel guilty of - nothing. You are to be looked up to for all that you did for Toby and how you not only stood by his side while he continued to get worse, but you were the one searching for things to help ease his pain and help him!!

You are to be looked up to for your dedication to your husband. I hope that you find some comfort in the words shared here for you.
