I do :
- warm Epsom salt baths 4 to 5 days a week
- dry brush my skin before the baths
- some days add hydrogen peroxide to the baths
- drink lots of water - some glasses I squeeze lemon juice in.
- take Nutramedix Pinella and Burbur - daily and several times daily when I am herxing.
- take a binder - activated charcoal - aim for daily but not always getting it in.
- take milk thistle extract - daily
- take Alka Seltzer Gold when I herx
- take good probiotics twice daily. (Good gut health helps you detox better)
- do light exercise minimum 3 days a week
That's what I can think of now - there may be a few I have missed.
