I just got done making these today and thought I'd share. The best thing is each recipe only has 2 ingredients, and they're very yummy.
Cranberry Sauce (makes a LOT)
- 6 bags fresh cranberries
-6 jars Trader Joe's orange marmalade
If you want less or more, just use the same number of bags of cranberries as jars of orange marmalade. (Example: more sauce 8 bags cranberries, 8 jars orange marmalade; less sauce 3 bags cranberries, 3 jars orange marmalade).
The sauce should be prepared ahead of time, since it improves once it has a chance to sit. If you don't like the way it tastes after its sat for a couple days, you can add your choice of sweetener to taste.
It freezes very well. If anything, freezing improves the flavor even more.
