How large of a meal are we talking here? I honestly don't feel like a HUGE meal is necessary. Why do you say that though, you can actually feel the ulcer coming on? I don't doubt you, just curious.
Though, honestly, I kind of wonder if whether or not all the acid your stomach produces to digest the food would just contribute to create a problem. I mean, I've heard that it's good to eat a little with your abx, but you're making me think you're eating for two or three people or something. lol
But, developing a stomach ulcer's a legitimate concern to have, so, if you feel you must, I guess I'd understand.
As far as food goes, do you eat many greens? I feel like high alkaline stuff would help to counteract things a bit. Kale, broccoli, spinach.
What if you just had lean meats, the veggies, and a couple tablespoons of some healthy fats (coconut oil, olive)?
Maybe some peppermint oil/tea to soothe any possible inflammation that'd arise?
Other than food, I'm sure you're already on a good probiotic or two, but what about some glutamine? I've heard that's good. Best taken on an empty stomach, but I feel like a little with your meals might help. You'd want to look into whether or not there'd be any contraindications with whatever it is you're taking though.
