I know you can take burbur and pinella at the same time, not sure about the parsley.

The Cowden protocol calls for taking burbur with parsley.....or burbur with pinella:

If anything, I'd look at dosing all of them at least 3x daily to get more "coverage".

I looked on month 2 chart on each section It either has burbur together with pinells or pinnela with parsley.
