low WBC count - yikes

I’ve been told by my immunologist that autoimmune can also lower white blood cell count and immunoglobulins. Also explained to me that is not always the level of white blood cells are important that’s how strong your white blood cells are and there’s no way of measuring that except for injecting you with a flu vaccine (I think that’s what it was) and then see if you get antibodies responding. I chose to not do that but in hindsight I probably should’ve. I also had some blood cancer testing which came out fine.

I would guess that your elevated level of immunoglobulins are from the IVIG.
