I agree with the others - there are so many serious risks involved with IV or PICC lines that they really need to be reserved for those with severe digestive issues so that they can't tolerate oral meds.
This is not a quick and easy infection to get rid of, we have to be in it for the long haul. It's a marathon, not a sprint. The Lyme bacteria only "cycle" once every 4 - 6 weeks in a body, so you have only made it through one "cycle" - there won't be much progress in that amount of time, but many do heal using orals - either pharma or natural, but very few actually heal with just a few weeks of abx unless they started treatment when they had only one or two symptoms or just the bulls eye rash.
If you aren't making progress, it's usually because there is something "blocking" your healing - like another infection which could be tick borne, fungal, or viral.
