I realized I'm getting almost no protein in my diet so this last month I've tried adding many different options... Each so far has made me really sick... eggs were the worst, meat, oatmeal, beans, even bone broth made me really inflamed. This week I discovered I can successfully eat sprouted tofu.. And I started sleeping more deeply than I have in maybe years! I think I need protein. But I'm watching as my skin, especially on my face, becomes more and more rashy, raised, inflamed. I KNOW it's a soy reaction, cause it's all I've changed and it fits precisely what people say their soy reactions are. So my question... Does a big skin reaction mean the soy is bad for me on the inside, too?
The last thing in my mind to try is protein powder, though it doesn't seem ideal to get my nutrition from a powder.
