Buhner used to recommend CSA tincture (combination of Cryptolepis, Sida Acuta and Alchornea). I think the only reason he doesn't mention CSA now is because he recommends different-sized doses of the individual herbs.
And, people who make infusions are combining their herbs the night before and letting them sit overnight - this is per Buhner's instructions for infusions.
I've always felt comfortable making my tinctures combinations the night before I'm going to be away.
As long as you are definitely taking 1/3 of the mixture each time, I think you'll be fine. If your proportions are off from dose-to-dose, you might feel (aka herx) a "heavy" dose.
