Not sure if this has been posted on here before but I watched it last night and thought it was pretty good. Didn't realize B.Myomoti was this prevalent. It's not new - from 2014.

I believe it has been posted before - but good information deserves to be repeated - sometimes quite often!! LOL! Seriously, we have so many new members at any given time, we do need to repeat a lot of information here, so thank you for posting this!!
