yes i was to reply same thing. Especially that you seem to indicate it abruptly starts after the bath. herxes dont't kick in minutes later, first the toxins are created, then they are drained by lymph, then they get in blood stream, then the liver kidneys and spleen try hard to filter them out, and at some point are overwhelmed. certainly not in minutes.
do you have a blood pressure meter? going too hot may overwork your heart too much and that creates a bood pressure spike.
