List your insurance and if they covered IV antibiotics

Would everyone please post your insurance company and whether or not they covered the cost for long term IV antibiotic use?

Please include what diagnosis was given to the insurance company, i.e. Was it for Lyme or a co-infection, myalgia, etc....

Welcome to the forum.

I see you are a new member and a first time poster.

May I ask you why you would need all this information? Are you a Lyme patient? Are you conducting a survey?

Since we do not know you, and you are not sharing any extra information, we have no idea why you would like us to give all this information, which makes us think you are conducting a survey. For us to allow you to do that, you will need approval from Admin first.

Until that, I will have to lock this thread until you get an ok from Admin.
