First of all, know that no one can tell you when or if you will herx. Some people have a body that can detox well and just don't herx - but they will begin to see improvements in their symptoms though. But we still can't tell you how long that will take - likely within 2 months though.
Be sure you are helping your body to detox first. Remember that as these bacteria die, they release toxins. Most of us have bodies that have trouble detoxing well enough to keep up with the demand that we will create as we start treatments, so we have to be detoxing well before we start whenever possible. You need to have as many detox pathways working as you can, so you need to use many methods of detoxing.
Start off with just one drop of Japanese Knotweed once a day. Stay on that for 3 days to a week, depending on how you do. Then raise it to 2 drops per day - one am and one pm. Stay at that dose for a few days. Then add in a third drop midday and stay at that dose for a few days to see how you do. Continue on building up the dose like that, one drop at a time and staying at that dose each time for a few days.
I like to suggest that people get up to about
10 drops then hold that dose and start the next herb - usually cat's claw. That is started in the same manner as the Japanese knotweed and increase the dose in the same manner.
When you are up to 10 drop of the cat's claw, and 10 drops of the Japanese knotweed, that's when you will add in the Eleuthero - the same as you have done with the other two herbs.
And yes, I would leave the astragalus alone, at least for now. If you don't seem to have much issues with herxing or the protocol, then you can try astragalus, but for now, just use the rest of the protocol.
For drawing your blood, you can have any lab do it for you - check with your local hospital.
And you're not
all alone - you have us!!

Many of us have had to 'go it alone' as well, and we are here to give you tips and help you along the way. Keep looking for that LLMD though! They are good to have! Or even a really, really good herbalist would help.
