Has anyone used multi vitamins before bed, without causing insomnia?
I'm wondering if it might make for more refreshed mornings.
I cant take them when I wake up in the morning, since it can interfere with my morning dose of thyroid med. Three hours later, I can, but thats a little later than I like.
Thought I'd ask before expermenting, and possibly not being able to sleep.
Some B's energise, and some relax you, could be a "wash" then, I dont know.
